NEVE + YETI

To my winter, snow, ski loving kids. The endless hours we have spent together on skis in the magic of the mountains and the snow are forever in our hearts. This is dedicated to my greatest gift on earth, my three children. Eli (15), Claire (13) and Neve (7). Dreamed up by my daughters, Claire and Neve, and I, this story exudes the magic of friendship between a daring, brave, adventurous and kind young girl and her Yeti. A timid, goofy and shy spirit who needs his friend, Neve, to encourage and show him that life is better together.

Rosalyn McWatters’ hand sketches and playful watercolors bring this vision and story to life. I was introduced to Rosalyn as a student in her urban sketching class in Tieton, WA and we have worked diligently together since December of 2023. Her career as an art and literature teacher has been the perfect match as we have designed and created this book together. I am forever grateful for the friendship we have formed through this process.
